After years of working in the cleaning industry, I noticed one key challenge: finding reliable, motivated and skilled employees isn’t easy — especially in Sweden. Companies need people who work carefully, consistently, and are willing to stay long-term.

On the Polish side, I see the opposite situation — many people want to work in Sweden, but they don’t know how to begin, where to apply, or who they can trust.

That’s why I created Tommek AB.

Together with my wife Joanna, I run Joannas Städfirma AB, which gives us first-hand insight into what this industry truly needs — not in theory, but through real everyday experience.

What I provide:
